I have not seen one of these in ages!
I am sure that only people who find these days at Toys R Us or homemade.
Perhaps you could find an online model?
Also try Ebay!
I did a search on eBay for you but take you right to the doll pajamas, if not, just go to eBay and search for the owner of the animal pajama bear more fish, etc., to keep his pajamas.
