This happens more than once that rapidshare makes me wait because my IP a file if I do not download. I am the only user on my PC Rapidshare. Is it possible for a user on a remote PC can download files from Rapidshare with my IP?

Use a tunnel or anonymity software? Approximately how many Tor proxy server? If you make something users can download Rapidshare difficult because they are charged more, the same IP address.
