Why isn't the Nintendo website taking my Wii's serial code? - wii serial #s
Recently broken, my Wiimote and Nunchuk. After a conversation with a customer service representative, I received all the necessary documents to dispose of the repaired items. But first I make sure to have a warranty on the Wii and accessories. According to the website of Nintendo, because I bought the Wii, important in a retialer, the number of series that have already been processed, which gives me the guarantee. I really wanted to be sure, so I tried to enable the serial number on the website to which I then log on to the warranty check. Unfortunately, the site will not work, the serial number, although I'm sure I have correctly entered. The series code in the box with the console and the two are the same, and I tried to give the entire code and TCode without the letters, but no dice. Who knows if I'm doing something wrong?

I think someone else is using your code in front of you and that is why you can save it, or maybe it was the person who sold regiatered some sghops do to help their clients
I think the code you need is a card with a zero-band, a light box on your Wii and see if you can find one.
